Question about a 98 Ranger

I've been looking at a 98 Ranger, built in Texas, with two pick ups, the bridge tallboy and middle rio grande, but it doesnt come with the neck pick up. It's in excellent condition, and the going price is set at 800. I figured it should be more like half that price. Am I wrong?

I haven't seen any USA Robin's going for only 400 bucks at least in that type of condition. I do see Rangers in the 6-700 price range sometimes.
