Anyone have ideas about the year, based on the serial? This thing is in perfect shape. Has a satin, rather than glossy finish on the back of the neck only - was this standard or a custom option? I would guess 1998. At least in my experience 1st two numbers are the year and last 4 was the number of the guitar that year.
