I saw this model in the Gary Moore edition of Vintage Guitar, and being blown away by what I thought looked like a Cadillac with leopard skin seat covers, immediately went to Robin guitars site, a make previously unknown to me, to spend the ensuing days drooling over and reading about these instruments. As fate would have it, this showed up on eBay, the same model, unplayed, great price, the rest is history. Actually, I bought it mostly because I wanted to see it in person. What a huge surprise. I can't say enough about this thing. The neck is so accurate, the Rio's are monumental. I feel sorry for my custom Strats, my 335, 347, LP's, and Telecasters, because they will no doubt be neglected for some time.

They'll last longer too!

Beautiful guitar. I thought long and hard about that one. You are just another in a long, but not long enough line, of folks that find Robin and are amazed at the playablility, sound, and craftsmanship. Great pic.

I constantly have to force Robins into customers' hands, and then have to forcibly remove the same guitars after they realize what great guitars they are!

You all bear some of the responsibility for the purchase, since I read many, many, enthusiastic posts on this forum by you all and others before pulling the trigger. Thanks.
