Like me, nicks and scars lie here and there...

If one's eye is sharp, a slight gap may be espied between the neck and body block, where it might appear that some overly eager Bowie knife-wielding soul might have been at play. It does not seem to afflict the intonation or playability. It is an uneven cut when viewed from the back...

I love the contour of Strats/superstrats, reportedly suggested to Leo Fender by a well-known player/consultant who said that without them, as with Teles, it dug into his ribs... Good call... It's a sexy thing...

Odd that some of the scratches appear to lay beneath the finish, but I am hardpressed to concede that the guitar has ever had a refinish. The scratches seem perhaps a tad white-ish, as if moisture crept there under...

Cheers dudes. Again, thank you for this site...:hail:

Hey Dallas,
Love to see the guitar again in the hands of someone who appreciates it. Someday I hope to actually see it in person up there, if I ever head up there to UCSB to see my daughters new place. As far as posting multiple pics, when posting, choose advanced, and then just put the links to the pics and upload them using the "Insert Picture" button below the "undo & redo" arrows. Just keep insert the URL's until you post them all.

Hopefully I will have some new stuff to post soon. I am working on a few others deals right now. My wife is going to kill me if I keep spending money. I guess she needs to get a job!:D

Hey Shane

Thanks for the guidance.... The guitar will probably go somewhere over the rainbow soon to have its face prettied, but if you're coming, as mentioned, give me a hoot here...

Yes, to a lot of people, this may seem like a fools-only time to be buying such luxuries as another guitar; but to people like me, it makes more sense than ever.... Music during hard times is gold to the soul....

And if you can, just record your own version of a love song for your lady.... It could go a long way towards that new guitar you've eyes for....;)
