Texas BBQ / Buffalo Texas / Genuine Texas Neck

Can anyone enlighten me on the different "virtues" of these pups?

I want to get more sustain and a somewhat "darker" tone out of a PRS Santana III (which has Santana III pups in it).

I can't play at arena volume like Carlos does, so I can't get that violin like sustain/feedback that he is able to.

Any suggestions?

The BBQ is the darker out of those 3 pickups, and should be pretty close in output to the Santana III bridge pup. The Buffalo is the lowest output - again pretty close to the Santana III neck pickup. Sweeter sounding than the Santana III, too, I think.
