I've been trying to figure out what model Robin my son has (and is selling). Now that I've looked at the on line archived catalogs, it looks like it's 1985 black, lefty Ranger. Decent shape, plays well. Where were they made? I'm going to put it on Craigslist up here in Minnesota - any idea what I should price it at? I'm a righty player, otherwise I'd keep it.
Regards to all, Michael Walter
PS I'll add a picture later if anyone wants to see it

I'm trying to include two pictures of the lefty Robin as attachments.
My basic questions are: What should I ask on Craigslist, is it a mid 1980s,
anything else interesting about it I should put in the ad?
Thanks in advance.

Not a Ranger, but a Raider 2...........

Maybe only 10 lefties ever made like that

Dave, thanks for that info. What price do you think is reasonable to ask for?

Raider II. Made in Japan by ESP in between 1984-86.
Looks to be all original except for the whammy bar which should be black like the rest of the hardware.

Lefty Robins are very uncommon, but that doesn't seem to bring a premium on the used market.
You could probably get about $450. $500 with OHSC.

Here's a photo of my righty Raider II.

I bought Michael's Raider II off Minnesota Craigslist and had him ship it back to Texas. It got back home today.

I like Paul's comment - it's back home.
Thanks again for the help in identifying this guitar.
