The new upgrade brought some changes... Those who host their photos elsewhere (as happens on most other boards) can still click on the http://robinlovers.com/forum/images/editor/insertimage.gif button... for those who wish to upload the pics to Robinlovers, there are some improvements.
Gonna do the short version of this tonight, maybe a full-blown tutorial in my next lifetime...
When you're creating a post, up on the first row of the text edit window there's a paperclip http://robinlovers.com/forum/images/editor/attach.gif ...looks just like that. You can click on it and upload your pics (up to 5 a post.) max file size is 300k but if your photo is a little bigger, it'll still accept the photo and resize it to fit... max width is 1000 pixels. Now, if you're taking 'em straight out of your digital camera, a 4 meg upload ain't gonna cut it... in theory it will but the server will probably time out and it won't work...so resize to around 1000 pixels wide at 85 or 90% compression and it'll probably work without a hitch.
Okay so now you've uploaded, and closed that window...and you look back at the "post thread" window...nothing... Go back to the paperclip http://robinlovers.com/forum/images/editor/attach.gif and press it again...now you'll see your file or files listed... click on a file to insert it into your thread, or click "insert all" to put 'em all in there.
If you don't follow step two, it'll still include your photos, but in thumbnails like before...
