Hello.. I'm curious as to what you folks would recommend as far as a Robin guitar goes for a guy like me that has an illness.. I need something light weight, so I'm thinking of the savoy, but I also wonder about the Avalon? I play mostly rock and blusy rock stuff.. Ted Nugent was / is my hero, so I've been thinking that the Savoy Pro might be for me as it's a hollow body and it is mahogany which I love for a tone wood, etc.. but I also notice that the Savoy Pro is swamp ash and I hear it's a very nice tone wood and lieght weight.. Are there any dealers online that sell Robin's?
Thanks so much from Yankee land..hehe. Indiana..

Although the Savoy Pro I had in stock wasn't the lightest guitar ever, it certainly would make a dream guitar for you. They are resonant, responsive, and beautifully made instruments.Give one a try as soon as you can.I don't currently have a Savoy in stock, but contact BCR Greg through his member information,or on Robin's website, and see if he has one. He's awesome to deal with ,and will hook you up if he can.Good Luck.John Williams(Joyful Noise Music)

Did I hear my name? (shakes head to clear the cobwebs)

The Savoy would be a good guitar. I am sure that the fine builders at Robin could figure out a way to make a custom feather Savoy for you. Call me when it's convenient.....
