Allen Hill has sadly left Robin

Hey guys......I called to order some Rio's yesterday, and Dave said that Allen was no longer at Robin. Apparently Dave and Allen are still buddies, it was a peaceful departure. Dave still speaks VERY highly of Allen. No further details of why, but it doesn't matter.
I know I'll miss Allen. Always good advice, great service, and likes to chat as much as me! We had a nice day last June when he was in the Boston area for a wedding. Showed him what Boston Chinese food was all about!!!!!!
Hope we hear from him here still!!!! Hey Allen?

That's sad news - amicable split or not.
I've had countless conversations with Allen regarding the Robin Guitars Web site, and he was always helpful and understanding.
I hope our paths cross again one day.

Allen is a good guy. I'm sorry to see him go, too. His high energy style was in a large part responsible for making a lot happen in the relatively short time he was with the company (Robin Reunion, website updates come to mind). I'd be willing to bet he was also responsible for selling a lot of guitars and pickups during his tenure.

Good luck Allen. I'll see you out at a gig sometime.

I just got off the phone with the boy. He's gonna be gigging more for now, so GO SEE HIM!

Both Dave and Allen had good things to say, so no conspiracies exist.

Life goes on. Allen did a lot for Robin and I am glad to have made a friend out of it.
